We’re excited to offer delivery for our DIY products to various locations across Victoria. You can easily check your eligibility by entering your post code in the view cart page.
If delivery is not available to your area, don’t worry!
Simply reach out, and we may still be able to accommodate you, as we are continuously expanding our delivery zones.
We also offer a convenient pick-up option for those who prefer to collect their orders directly.
For deliveries, your order will be dropped off at your front door or ground floor (please note deliveries do not include steps, stairs, or lifts). Unpacking, rubbish removal, and assembly services are not included.
Our delivery hours are from Monday to Friday, between 7:00am and 2:00pm.

WHEN WILL MY WARDROBE ORDER BE DELIVERED?Delivery time frames for your wardrobe depend on your location. When checking out, you’ll be provided with an estimated delivery time frame. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with multiple delivery day options to choose from. A more specific delivery window will be provided the day before your scheduled delivery. CAN I PICK UP MY WARDROBE AND WARDROBE DOORS?Yes, Pick-up is available by appointment only. Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are available on weekdays only at our location in Campbellfield, VIC 3061. Once your order is ready for pick-up, you will receive an email containing the pick-up address and several appointment options to choose from. We kindly request that you arrive within your scheduled time slot for pick-up.

HOW WILL MY WARDROBE ORDER BE PACKAGED?Our products are hand delivered, and packaging is dependent on what product is being delivered. Please see the delivery section on the product page for packaging information.

WHAT SIZES ARE THE WARDROBES TRACKS FOR THE SLIDING DOORS?Our standard double tracks top & bottom is 82mm wide and our triple tracks top & bottom is 122mm wide.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO IF I'M FITTING MY WARDROBES DOORS ONTO CARPET?You will need to order from us (or from your local Bunnings) a 90 x 16 floor packer which will be screwed to the side jams before the doors are fitted.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO IF I'M INSTALLING MY WARDROBES DOORS ONTO FLOORBOARDS, TILES, LAMINATE?The bottom door track of your new wardrobe can be directly fixed onto any of these floor types.

DO THE WARDROBES DOORS INCLUDE TRACKS & WHEELS?Yes, all Melbourne Wardrobes Online doors include top & bottom tracks & fully assembled doors ready to install. Our aim is to make your DIY wardrobe project as easy as possible.

ARE SIDE JAMS & BULKHEADS INCLUDED WITH OUR WARDROBE ORDER?No, jams & bulkheads are not included in our wardrobe prices. If these items are required, you will need to send an enquiry from our ‘Contact Us’ page.

WHAT IS A TRACK PACKER?Packers are pieces of melamine that tracks can be fixed onto. Packers are required if the new doors are to be installed on carpet. You will need to fit an 82mm x 16mm floor packer on top of the carpet between the jambs for the tracks to sit on. Door tracks can be fixed directly onto timber floors, door jambs, concrete, and tiled floors. This is providing there are no significant run-outs, as you are unable to pack under a track. A second packer is required for the top track if you are fixing the track directly to the ceiling. Please note, for triple tracks you will always require a floor packer, as the track has a 16mm lip on the front. Please let us know if you would like any further information or assistance.

WHEN WILL MY WARDROBE BE READY?Wardrobe and accessory orders are usually manufactured with 5-6 business days from placing your order. Pick up is available by appointment only, or deliveries are usually within 10-12 business days of placing the order.
